Making An Appointment
• We recommend booking spa reservations in advance. We will do everything possible to honor your requested day and time. It can somtimes take 2 to 6 weeks for Saturday appointments.
• Walk-ins are welcome based upon availability.
• A Credit card is required for reserving all services.
• Please arrive on time for your appointment, so you may fully benefit from your spa experience.
• Your services may have to be shortened or rescheduled as a courtesy to our next guest, if you arrive late.
CANCELLATIONS •
Because spa treatments are reserved just for you, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• If you have several services scheduled (i.e. groups, spa packages) Please notify us 2 weeks in advance.
• Bridal parties please notify us 4 weeks in advance.
This insures all other guests the opportunity to enjoy spa services as well.
NO SHOWS •
No-Shows and same day appointment cancellations less than 8 hours will be charged the full value of the treatment(s) reserved.
GRATUITIES •
Tipping is left to the discretion of the client. If you choose to, cash is preferred.
GROUPS •
We are a small business. Larger groups may take longer. Please let us know of your time restrictions so we may better serve you. Pricing is ala carté. group discounts are not available.
Please call the spa direct for appointment availabilities. Email appointments and cancelations are not accepted.
No Show and Cancelation policies are strongly upheld, so if you are not sure of your dates or times have them in order before reserving appointments.
